Who makes your merchandise?
All of our merchandise is produced and fulfilled by a third-party service called Printify. This allows us to offer high-quality, made-to-order items without holding inventory.
How long will it take to get my order?
Since items are made to order, processing and shipping times may vary depending on the product and your location. Most orders are fulfilled within 2–7 business days, with shipping taking 5–10 business days after fulfillment.
International orders may take longer and can be subject to customs delays.
Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If it’s been more than 14 business days (or 30 days internationally) and you haven’t received it, please contact us.
Can I return or exchange an item?
All sales are final.
Because every item is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. If something’s wrong with your order, email orders@deadmenstongues.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
